Dispatch
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days.

Delivery times
Delivery within the United Kingdom takes 6 to 9 working days from dispatch. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands may take a few additional days.

Delivery costs
Standard delivery is free on all orders, with no minimum spend.

Order tracking
A tracking number is sent to you by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. You can track your parcel at any time on our "Track Your Order" page. Orders are delivered by Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, Yodel or our other delivery partners, depending on your address.

Delivery area
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only.

Import, duties and VAT
Orders are shipped directly by a third-party supplier located outside the United Kingdom and the European Union. As set out in Section 12 of our Terms of Service, no VAT is charged by VH Group HK Limited on the sale of these goods, and the prices displayed are net of VAT and import duties. Goods are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) by the supplier: all fiscal duties are included within this method of shipment.

Delivery delays
The delivery times given are estimates. If your order is delayed, please contact our customer service team. If your order has not arrived within 15 working days of dispatch, we will investigate with the carrier; if the parcel cannot be located within 30 working days of dispatch, you may choose between a replacement or a full refund.
