Right to Cancel

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a purchase made on comfylondon.com within fourteen (14) days, without giving any reason and without penalty.

Cancellation period

The cancellation period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods. If your order contains several items delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item.

How to exercise your right to cancel

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example an email or a letter) sent to:

You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the cancellation period has expired.

Returning the goods

Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after informing us of your decision, directly to our supplier, whose address our customer service team gives you on request at contact@comfylondon.com (Section 16 of our Terms of Service).

Please include your order number inside the parcel. The direct cost of returning the goods is paid by you.

Refund

We will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, no later than fourteen days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, at no cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest.

You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exceptions

The right to cancel does not apply, in particular, to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, and sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery (regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
